Conferences at The Longmynd Hotel...

Whether you are looking for a venue to hold a small meeting or a large conference, the Longmynd Hotel can provide the facilities and services to help your event run smoothly. We have a dedicated conference administrator who will liaise with you from the moment you make your enquiry, and ensure that your needs are fully discussed and catered for.

We have equipment available to hire, from flip charts to projectors, or you can bring your own and we will help you set it up. Tea, coffee, home made cakes and biscuits and lunches can be provided, and we offer residential as well as day delegate rates. There is ample car parking space on site.

Our Meeting Rooms...

Our three rooms can be adapted for most requirements, from very small meetings to groups of up to 100 delegates. The style of seating can easily be laid out to suit your needs. The Ragleth room is air conditioned, whilst the Burway and Caradoc rooms have large windows that open to provide plenty of fresh Shropshire air. The Caradoc Room also has spectacular views across the Stretton valley (inspiring, but hopefully not too distracting!), and delegates are welcome to make use of the grounds surrounding the hotel.

Daily Conferences

Rate Per Day Delegate ........ £35.00

To include: Conference room for the day, Meeting equipment, Morning Tea/Coffee with Biscuits, 2 Course Buffet Lunch with Coffee and Afternoon Tea/Coffee with Biscuits.

1/2 Day Delegate with Lunch ........ £25.00

To include: Conference room from 9 am till 1 pm or 1 pm until 5 pm, Conference Facilities, 1 Tea/Coffee per person and 2 Course Buffet Lunch with Coffee.

1/2 Day Delegate ........ £15.00

To include: Conference room from 9 am until 1 pm or 1 pm until 5 pm. Conference Facilities/1 Tea/Coffee per person.

Residential Conferences

Daily Rate Per Delegate ........ £115.00

To include: Conference room for the day, Meeting equipment, Morning Tea/Coffee with Biscuits, 2 Course Buffet Lunch with Coffee, Afternoon Tea/Coffee with Biscuits, 3 Course Dinner with Coffee, Overnight Accommodation and Full English Breakfast before Departure.
